Dr. Angela Dunn, Utah’s state epidemiologist, answered residents’ questions about COVID-19 Wednesday in a live Q&A on Facebook with The Salt Lake Tribune.
Dunn touched on teachers’ concerns as they begin to be vaccinated, the effectiveness of the vaccine, the state’s rollout plan and technological issues Utahns ages 70 and older faced when signing up for appointments Wednesday in Salt Lake County.
For those who were unable to register Wednesday, Dunn encouraged people not to panic and to try again tomorrow.
“We have a vaccine for you,” she said.
